Notice About Rental Availability:

This space is currently managed by a volunteer site steward and the space is subsidized through community investment. This offsets the cost to users of the space. This also limits our capacity and available dates for rental. We will not be able to accommodate all requests for rental and we will continue to prioritize requests for events and offerings centering people with marginalized identities.

 

Accessibility

Our facility is ADA accessible and includes one ADA accessible all genders restroom.

Parking

There is metered street parking surrounding our area. If an ADA parking space is needed, please include this in your rental application or contact us at info@tlcoly.com as soon as possible prior to your scheduled event and for evening and weekend and evening events we can make a space available in our driveway.

Access via Route 13 and 620 at Capital/Union stop.

Access via Route 94 at Union/Jefferson stop.
